Tom, LOL!!! Alas, only free bonus i got was an red Enzo when we had a shipping mistake. Think Jeff sent me a $$$$ rare part by mistake in one of the orders and i alerted him to it and promptly sent it back on my dime. Too bad the Enzo is a scale model :-( As for all my orders, that is a book unto itself :-) Wish he had new door pins and proper license plate lights. Hmmm... every time i say the 308 is 100% i always find something to buy :-) Enjoy the Drive (Roger Waters "Amused To Death" on vinyl with tube amps right now), Steven R. Rochlin "...The captain said excuse me ma'am This species has amused itself to death Amused itself to death Amused itself to death We watched the tragedy unfold We did as we were told We bought and sold It was the greatest show on earth But then it was over We ohhed and aahed We drove our racing cars We ate our last few jars of caviar And somewhere out there in the stars A keen-eyed look-out Spied a flickering light Our last hurrah..."

Jeff, You are MUCH MORE than just a source for parts. i consider you a good friend who has been VERY professional and VERY helpful... with orders shipped very promptly. Was going through my receipts and entering them into my Service Book earlier this week and can easily attest to Jeff and company's great service. Enjoy the Drive, Steven R. Rochlin

Len - We are here for all manner of parts enquiries - if you have to email a question then please do. We would find more time for general enquiries and tricky stuff if more orders went straight thru the Owners' Site, that's all. Cheers |

The graphic tool is awesome. In only about 2 minutes after logging in I found the little screws and brackets for my rear grill. |

len, have you used the graphic part selection tool? you can click right on the part from the part manual diagrams - no need to know the number in advance. the part goes right into your shopping cart |

Tom, I agree. I've placed two orders via eMail (only because I only recently figured out the relationship between Ferrari UK and the Owner's Site! I'm not on the latter that much, strangely enough). Anyway, both Jeff and Mark were great to deal with. In both cases, I received my parts within 3 days. My only concern with regard to ordering online is when I'm not 100% certain about a part number. Actually dealing with someone via eMail to make sure your ordering the right part is reassuring. Jeff, is it possible to eMail part questions when absolutely necessary, then place the order online, or would you rather not be bothered at all by dumb Ferrari owners!

I have to reiterate how great Jeff and his team are with service - I had an issue with a part I ordered a few months back and they resolved the issue to my complete satifaction, in fact probably went above and beyond. |

To reiterate: It is possible to purchase merchandise thru the Owners' Site. This comes from sources other than Ferrari UK. Ferrari UK does not sell merchandise thru the Owners' Site. Therefore this offer will not apply to those other merchandise offerings. |

I'm confused. Does this mean only UK-based customers can get the add-ons? |

"This offer DOES NOT apply to merchandise orders placed on the Ferrari Owners' Site which come from outside the UK." ??? does this mean non stock items? I think they always have prefered the web orders - why do you think they spent all that money on the site - just to get emails emails are just so easy though |

Jeff, Are you saying that you would prefer all orders to go through the website, rather than eMailed directly to you? |
