I have a factory giallo 328. The pillars are body color [see profile for picture - e-mail me if you want a bunch of pictures from different angles], so that's what I think you should do.

are you thinking of 308's? Never seen a 328 with black A pillars. Have seen the rear spoiler behind your head in black and body color. Black looks best in my opinion.

OK guys. To help limit overspray when painting the A pillar, and metal trim around the window, I was going to take out the windshield when I have my 328 GTS changed from a black to a yellow. But now I see that some 328 GTS have black A pillars and window trim, (even black along the back of the targa top), while others have it the same as the body color. What is the way a Ferrari was painted if you bought a yellow one off the showroom floor?
