Laguna Seca is close by. Much closer than thunderhill, actually. Art: isn't that event on the 28th? --Dan |

Thanks for the tips. Not too fund of wine so I'd rather some track stuff. Are there other tracks than Thunderhill in the region ? |

There are no FCA events on Nov 1 or 2. However, there is an ad in the FCA October newsletter for Testarossa Vineyards in Los Gatos for their open house. They're having special parking for Ferrari's near the tasting area and are giving discounts on wine if you bring a Ferrari. It's usually a mini shine and show event of Ferraris--all the standard 3X8 cars, have seen a 550 Barchetta, 288, and 212 too, and of course, Testarossas. |

If you can get there a day or so eariler, there's a track day at Thunderhill by Ferrari of SF on I believe the 30th? Check the Other locals section of this board, or the FCA, pacific region web Art |

Will be in the bay for work during that week-end, any recommendations for some Ferrari stuff around ? Was thinking driving up to Thunderhill to watch vintage car races, is it worth it ? Other tracks nearby ? Unfortunately will have to wander around in a rental boxmobile :-( |
