Alan, First yellow F50 in North America belonged to Paul Frame. And yes you are right, he is from Houston. The blue one is California Azuro Blue. It was originally red and had the red/black seats left in it. |

Jonas, That link (before post) is a break down of the 1250 SNs in my register not all Ferraris ever. I happened to have all F50s hence that list is accurate ONLY for the F50. So in the register I have only one yellow F355 but yes you are correct there are lots more. I should have posted the following, it shows all the colors on the F50 (stupid me) http://www.ferrariforum.net/register/mstats.php?id=120 |

First one in US was yellow, for Houston owner. This car has recently been on the market. One F50 was painted Mecom Blue (Light Blue metallic). That would be the rarest, though non factory, color. Recent conversation reflected this car was soon to be redone into factory color. What color do you want it??? |

I had a list of all of the non-red F50s by SN somewhere. I will find it and dig it up. As I recall, there were definetly more than 3 yellow. The ultra-rare color is silver or rosso barchetta (don't recall which there are fewer of). --Dan |

Auto Salon Singen is probably the worlds biggest exotic dealer. I don't know for sure, but that would not be surprising. They have around 400 Ferrari's on sale all the time.. Then they have all the other marques too. Porsche, Lamborhini, Bugatti, McLaren, Bentley, Koenigsegg and so on.. |

Looking at the Dupont Registry site, I noticed in one of the adds for a yellow F50, it says it is 1 of 3 U.S. F50's. I didn't think they were THAT rare in yellow, i found that pretty shocking. And what is more unbelievable, considering there are only 3 yellow U.S. F50's....is that there are currently 3 yellow F50's for sale on Dupont. I dunno, Somethin doesn't seem right here, or just a coincidence. |
