Martin, tell me about it! I missed every track event I had scheduled and Monterey for the first time ever! A man's word is not worth much lately, I hate that because I still prefer to do business on a handshake. Thanks for your comments..... |

Great ! another one! Just great! Why can't people just do what they agree and finish a job on time and do as agreed? What the #@*& is so hard about that? |

Jim, we filed a lawsuit against the builder of the Ferrari transporter I had built last year. The project came in 6 months late and he is now holding it hostage, demanding a $41,000 payment above and beyond the agreed price and after accepting a check he said was the final payment. We are attempting to litigate in KS since I found him on the net, all telphone calls were made from KS, and all sales materials were delivered to KS. We may or may not prevail in KS (we believe we should), therefore I may need counsel in MN. Chris |

Any F chat member a trial attorney in MN? I may need an attorney due to a lawsuit I have filed in KS, there is a question regarding jurisdiction that might force me to litigate in western MN. Thanks..... Oh by the way, this is a Ferrari issue and on topic....... |
