Rumor is this: The first batch arrived in the US a few weeks ago, but DOT has them held up on some homolgation issue. As far as I know, they are still sitting in quarantine. Thus, "any day now" is precisely right. I believe the first allocations were for October; the allocations for November should be "on the boat" or close; and the allocations for December should be in full production. I have no clue on numbers of cars we are talking about. Anyone know? Anyone got a buddy at DOT? Just in time for winter! He expects demand to be pretty high. Dunno what the plans were for it after that day I saw it, but it was there. Dunno why I didn't ask someone about it. Rosso Scuderia. Looked great. I mentioned it once on here. All the subtle changes make for a dramatic difference in real life, compared with pictures.
