Eric,

Welcome to f-chat.

Good questions you have. They have been discussed a few times here. Rob has a search function which will help you find the information you want. Though I'm sure someone will chime in with some of the answers.

Best place to service in SF is probably at Ferrari of SF, good guys there. Ask for Matt or Brett.

Vincent.

Alright, never owned a Ferrari, always loved them. I've had lots of Porsches and currently have a twin turbo. Excellent car, but it's no Ferrari.

Questions:

1. Are there any MY of 355s that are more desirable than others? 95, 96, 97, 98, 99????
2. What are the differences between them?
3. What are the problem areas to watch out for on these cars?
4. I know these cars are very costly to maintain, but what should I expect? $5k for a major tune up....
5. Who are the best places for service in the SF Bay Area?
6. What's the going rate for an F1 Spider?
7. Does anyone have problems with their F1?

TIA
