Ive seen 185 mph on the speedo of myy 86 injected winged Countach maxed out, I know my road 512TR could easily surpass that |

That may have been the Countach w/ a wing. I think it was much faster when it first came out w/out the rear spoiler. |

I do remember a July 1987 Road and track showing the TR doing 185mph and the Countach doing 179mph. Were there other tests that proved otherwise?? LS |

1984 when the Testarossa first came out with the 4 valve it can be argued it was the fastest production car. But in 1985 Countach qv beat it! |
