On a side note, last night I dreamt I had taken out extra student loans and bought an Enzo. I pulled up to meet my family at a restaurant in my hometown and they freaked out. Life was good.

Then I woke up and realized I am still mortal.

I don't think FAFSA would give me the other $654,000 after I put a few down on deposit :-(.

No, problem fellas. I'm as much a car enthusiast as you guys are. I enjoy posting pics and reading information about cars from people who actually own them. I wish i could be as lucky as DES to actually receive a ride in a Ferrai since i don't own one. I thought that was real generous of the gentleman with the 550 to give DES a ride in his masterpiece. Until that time comes, i'll continue to drool over my magazines and read this forum.

Thats interesting Andrew. It would be cool to see what some of those preferred customers will be ordering as custom colors.

I normally don't like black cars but this is definitly and exception to the rule. I like it better than red or yellow.

I had just taken a tour of the Ferrari factory; the tour guide stated that there are 3 standard colors for the Enzo: red, yellow and black. Most of the cars will be red. He also informed there will be about 15 to 20 custom colors; that option is only available to as he said the very special customers. While we were in Maranello we did see a dark blue Enzo.

They say Ferrari's are red, and Lambo's are yellow. In my world, all my cars are black. This is one of my cars in my world :D

Anyone notice how CLEAN this car is? Check the inside of the rims!

Ansgar, I've heard about the white Enzo, I've seen pics of a blue (TdF) one, a grey (titanium) one, also rosso Scuderia (which is the Marlboro ultra-bright red of the F1 cars, nearly orange). But I don't know which is rosso dino. Any exmples?

no post from DES yet? He will go nuts when he sees this. And, yes, now theres no doubt it my mind. Black IS the nicest color for the Enzo.

The reflection of the car is brilliant! its like a mirror, WOW!

God, ANdrew, with every moment's conversation I want to kill you more. Stop. You are in such close proximity of such beautiful women, and if that's not enough, Italy and Spain are a hop skip and a jump away! BLARGH!

Jay Kay, lead singer of Jamiroqui has a black Enzo. It was at Goodwood this summer. Personally I prefer it in red though.

I'm not a big fan of black on Ferraris as it tends to hide the beautiful lines... but with the Enzo, those lines are soooo distinct that nothing is lost. And those reflections are wild. Definitely a beauty.

But rare? I doubt it. I'd gamble black will be the third most common color on the Enzo, once all is said and done.

By the way, I needed to call you with respect to that email. Forgot last night, sorry. I will call you tomorrow sometime (around 10am your time?) if that's ok, or over the weekend?

Oh man I don't know if DES can take another shock to his ticker after last weekend. This just might push him over the top. Nice pics by the way. As much as I love red on the Enzo black looks soooo mean.

The Enzo looks great in every color. But the rarest will be blue, white, silver, rosso dino (orange) or rosso scuderia...

Not sure of the production figures, but this maybe the rarest color in the Enzo. I think it may have been the rarest for the F40.
