The pinball machine was either High Speed or The Getaway, both by Williams in 1986 and 1992 respectively. I've had both in my gameroom in the past. |

Wasn't there also a pinball machine called 'Out run' or something? Had a cop light on top of it and all kinds of cool voices. |

I remember the "Pole Position" arcade game. But I'm more of a run and shoot guy waiting for Doom III. |

I just wish NFS(Need for speed) would do a game tracing ferrari's history like they did with porsche unleashed back on PS1. It was a good layout working your way through time and buying the newer cars. Ferrari would be awesome. Maybe EA games read this board. We can only hope. Erik |

Crap, crap, crap. I am just as excited as you all about this, but after a google search I came upon this... "Aaccording to the latest issue of Japanese magazine Dorimaga, Sega-AM2 have no plans to release OutRun 2 and Virtua Cop 3 on Xbox, despite the games running on the Xbox-based Chihiro arcade hardware." 10/10/2003 I snooped around some more and it seems that though this isn't certain yet, it doesn't look so good either. This sucks. All I like are car games. |

I think I can remember that Outrun 2 was available back then on a Commodore 64. Played that many, many times. Used to have the same sort of game with Lotus cars as well (Esprit and Elan). But Ferrari F1 was THE game of course. And what about Miami Vice on the C64. You were 'allowed' to drive the Daytona spider in Miami !! Now that were the times !! ;-) |

When is it going to be released?????? Can't wait for this one. (I'm a video game car driving nut) I have been waiting for a game to come out for street cars to rival Need for Speed 5 (anyone play that?) |

Featured a convertible Ferrari Testarossa (well, a fake one anyway - notice in turns how the horse would 'flip'). There was also a sequel called Out Runners, but bared very little relation to the first game. Well, it appears Out Run is coming back, on XBox, and appears to be officially licensed by Ferrari. Called simply, Out Run 2, it looks to feature the following Ferraris: 360 Spyder, F-40, F-50 (hardtop), Daytona Spyder, Dino, Enzo, 288GTO. Looks cool...never hurts to have another game with Ferraris
