Pete I had a 308 which my dealer WWOC fitted with a single turbo using a kit someone was offering the dealers. It was a single turbo and had one tail pipe. It really didn't do much and when it caught on fire I had it removed and went back to stock. Without seeing the engine it's impossible to say. If it was a Norwood I bet they'd say as theirs was probably better than the dealer installed single kit. Best |

They had a 3.8 Turbo Buick Regal,I think it was '86 or '87.And that Turbo badge looks like it came right off of one. |

Look closely at the "Turbo" badge...kind of looks,EXACTLY like the "Turbo" badge from a mid 80's Buick Regal Turbo model. I Kind of like the white interior. Never saw one other than on a Testarossa or Mondial. |

I was just curious about it-I would guess a well-done Norwood turbo might make this car more interesting but I figured if it was someone on F-chat would know more about it |

Yeah, makes me wonder too. The one thing that sets it off is the turbo and they don't show pics of the engine bay, which you see on virtually ever other Ferrari for sale. |

Jim (and others), I'm a little confused. I thought the standard exhaust for a 308 finished with 4 tail pipes. This one appears to only have 2, but looks very professional in its exit point, ie. matches hole in panel, etc. I think the actual number of pipes that are visible would or should not really matter as even with the standard 308 there is no need for the 4 tail pipes ... it is just cosmetic, ie. don't they just go from 2 into 4 right at the very end ... If it was a twin turbo rather than a single turbo it could be twin exhaust but that looks like reg exhaust sys to me. Others? |

James (Napolis). I'm curious as to know why you would doubt the turbo because of the dual exhaust. I'm assuming it has to do with a certain back pressure, but Im interested to know why it wouldnt work well. Thanks

Why no pictures of the turbo motor? That would be the first thing a prospective buyer want to see. |

There were factory 208 turbo/s (Euro cars) There were no factory 308 turbo's. This would be after market. Dual exhaust makes me doubt it is and if it is they better be form someone who knew what they were doing. |

Anyone know anything about this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2440381062&category=6212 I know it must be a turbo since it says so on the back |
