This is when it always happens.

As as salesman, you sometimes will experience a common dealership policy to road test every car prior to delivery. "That" was the most harrowing experience of the entire sales and delivery process, because if the unmentionable was going to happen, that would be the time.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. At least it was his own car, and not some one else's.....yet.
