I also had a great time and wish I could have finished the day with everyone, but family business took precedence (Son'e soccer game. They won 2-0!) Looking at the pictures of the cars nose on I noticed we all have something in common....anyone else notice? Hint: in IL it's a no-no! | ||

Here are my pics, boys. First time I've posted multiple shots, so it may take a couple tries to get it right. Hope you like them. Chris and his 348 at Continental in Hinsdale  Me and my 328 in Hinsdale. That's Ken's Europa on the left. New Maserati on the right.  Following Ken's Europa. Speedo says 70, guess you were right...  Bob, Ken, Senna and Mike at Fox Valley Motors  From the left, my 328, Norm's TR, Bob's 308, Don's 308 & Chris' 348  Bob, Don, Norm and Chris in front of the TR. What was the name of that town?  Pulled over, taking a break. Bob's 308 in front.  And now some pictures of my driving partner, Senna: Sitting nicely. About an hour later, there was slobber all the way to the rear! I was the only 328 from the group, but at 5 I was sitting in gridlock on the Ike trying to get back downtown! They did have a red 328 in the lot at Fox Valley, though. | ||

Just got home from the long-time-coming Chicago area owner get together. Thanks Bob, again, for getting the whole thing going. Wish I could have stayed for pizza and beer and beer and beer and...Chris, you were right. Looked in the mirror, and my face is a little more Rosso than yesterday. I'm going to 1-hour my photos tomorrow and then I'll post them. Looking forward to doing it again. Gotta hear that TR again, Norm. Maybe there IS a Tubi in my future... |
