Verde Scuro Metallico (Glasurit FER 603/C) if it was a metallic paint, otherwise it was Verde Mugello. It looks like a metallic green in the picture. |

dan and craig adam and i were thinking the same about identifying fc members too at shows I purchased 2 ferrari chat shirts from rob lay, and if you dont want to do that, then put a big fc on the upper left hand corner on your show display card. it was a beautiful day and also was a pleasure meeting craig also.. bruce

Great day. Even Better than last year. I met Craig Hess and I think I met Ken from NJ as we talked briefly at my car, but I didnt know he was a FChat guy. We need some way to ID ourselves at these shows (or get a secret handshake) |

I was there too. I met Bruce, Adam and Dan Reese (who was not previously mentioned), but missed out on meeting the others. Maybe next time. We need some way to identify FC members at events, so we don't miss the opportunity to talk face to face. I've attached some additional pictures of some nice machinery that was on display in Reading. It was worth the 5 hour drive to be there.

Chuck, Thanks for the fantastic photos of what was obviously a very successful event. Makes those of us in the midwest wish we were a little closer to so many tifosi. Also, it was great to see Bruce Wellington's yellow TR in the photos. I remember seeing it at breakfast here in KC earlier this year. It is one of the most beautiful TR's I have ever come across. Thanks again for sharing!!! |

Speaking of Car shows..I'm still promoting and hoping to get any Ferrari owner to come to Richmond VA for an Oct 6 school sponsored car show. I am the head of the local car club and would organize the show and would love to have Ferrari as the featured Marque but no one has volunteered, and you need a Ferrari to have Ferrari as the featured marque. Nice pics, love the two TR's. |

Ben- Sorry, don't have any other photos of the grey F50 - I was planning on taking more but the car was parked in the shade near the tents with people all around and it was hard to get a full view. Plus there was so much to see and be distracted by. Mark, I do have a pic of the green 308:
Someone (not the owner) said it was a original stock color but I don't know the name. The color in the photo is a pretty good representation of the actual color. |

Ken's email is in his profile: [email protected] Thanks for the correction on Sinatra's car. Obviously I didn't look at it very closely. Just looked like another old Italian car to me. Maybe if it had been red I would have paid more attention. |

I was there too and had a fabulous time. I met Ken Ross from NJ and hopefully helped him with his mixture problem. He gave me his phone number but I lost it. Anyone know how I can contact Ken-either phone or email? Thanks. PS: Sinatra's car was a beautiful Maserati Ghibli, not a Ferrari. |

What a beautiful day it was! Sunny (enough for a sunburn), 75 degrees.
Over 100 cars there, from the very old to the very new, including two F50's:
and a 166MM which was driven to the concours:
Several guys from FerrariChat were there, photos are below. I was not entered in the concours but drove my 348 there (I don't have a photo of it.) But Speciale No. 73, the red 348 featured in Keith Blumel's "Original Ferrari V8" book was there:
Adam w/ his TR and Koenig racing exhaust, which he demonsrated:
Ken from NJ with his 308:
Dwight from CT with his 308.
Didn't have a chance to meet Bruce but have a photo of his yellow TR next to Adam's:
If you missed it, plan on it for next year. I'll be there. |
