Thanks everyone for your feedback. Geez, you think the insurance will be difficult? Would i be able to insure the car with a foreign drivers license? |

I dread to think what short term insurance on that is going to cost you. |

Eduardo: I wouldn't worry about it for reliability, if you get one that is in good condition with the service done. I suggest you get one that needs the service, and get it done before you start touring, that way you'll know that it works. The tire mileage is low. I get about 10k per set of rears, and they don't have spares. I suggest you start with fresh tires also. They are loud with tire noise, but that is half the fun. Art |

I would not worry about the car been able to handle that and more. I know my TR can handle a lot more abuse than that, and it is supposed to be less reliable than the 355 (although, she is yet to disappoint me). I would be more worried with the maintenance that the car has received, or lack thereof. That is what truly makes the difference with these cars. |

Can it handle multiple 200 mile trips without one worrying about breaking down and leaving you stranded? How is the tire/road noise? I'm going to europe for 6 months and i'm thinking of buying one for touring western europe. I apreciate all comments. Thank you, ED (fromDR) |
