I have to agree w/ Rob about the Tollway, had a great ride down it on Saturday going to race go-carts w/ the rest of the F-chatters. For me the best time to 'let her loose' is whenever the oil is warm. How can you resist hearing it echo as you roar under a bridge?

Urban German Autobahn... ANYTIME.

Left lane open as far as the eye can see, no speed limit. Nice.

Weekends, and early morning hours are the best time here in Northern Illinois. We have some nice roads through farm lands that are good a quick sprint. As long as the road doesn't have mail boxes I feel I'm good to go, mail boxes mean driveways and driveways mean people popping out and getting in the way....Norm

Either the track or deserted highways in the Texas outback. Dallas North Tollway works good too!

The best time for me to "let her loose" is around 10pm-2am sunday-thursday night...i keep it down to around 50mph around town but open her up to around 110 on the highway with the top down...never any speed traps around this time of night...anywhere.. HOw about all of you?
