And again this morning! Drove past the W hotel in Westwood and parked right out front was the yellow Lamborghini Murcielago from the May Road & Track! Wow!

Every once and awhile while driving on the I4 turnpike I pass a gorgous red 512m..
I see it coming towards me from the distance and it looks fantastic..
There is about 75 512M in the U.S. out of 500 in the world, and this guy drives his car about 2-3 times a week during the summer..
I love it!!!!!

I love visiting LA for that reason, and the variety of Ferraris seen there is often astounding; old cars, recreations, big ticket models, along with Lambos (nowhere else do i see the LM002 on the street) along with vintage Benz, old Bentley convertibles (the new ones too, but those are, so well, arriviste); sometimes the 4 seasons parking lot is like a car show. The traffic is pretty bad, though. (But the drivers in West LA are more polite than NY drivers in my H O). I also usually stop at Heritage Motor Classics, buy a couple of books, and when i get the chance, visit the Petersen Museum.Love driving Mulholland, and Sunset down to Malibu.

As much as I gripe about LA traffic, mornings like today make it worth it...well, somewhat...

Driving through Westwood and a red 550 Barchetta pulls a U-turn right in front of me. I followed it for a block before it turned off. Distinguished gentleman, silver hair. Pretty stunning site, as those are pretty rare
(the car, that is).

Later driving through Beverly Hills and at the intersection of the BH Hotel on Sunset a gorgeous yellow 550 motors past.

Spent the rest of the commute smiling - it's good to have goals!
