I saw the same car today. I'm convinced little green men flew in on it. |

Very, very nice. I did notice one problem with the car - It's not going home with me. |

I though it looked fugly in the pictures. I thought it was a hodge podge of styling elements that Pininfarina had no business putting together in a single car. I thought it looked too much like a high school boys efforts in art class to draw what he wanted his Ferrari to look like. I thought it looked like it shouldn't even be manufactured from Italy, let alone wear a Cavalino. I humbly appologize for this wayward thought pattern., but it was a judgement call based purely on 2 dimensional photographic portrayal. Today I just happened to be at Ferrari of Atlanta showing Mark my warranty book for some work done a little while ago. I said I didn't mind driving by because it's alway nice to see all the eye candy. He said stick around, something real special will be coming shortly. I said, after looking over the workshop which had 2 456's 3 360's, 1 360 Barchetta and 2 550's and a 575, What can be more special than these cars?... He just looked up at me from his chair behind his desk and smiled. Vince Manatee was there as well and afew othe people as well as most of the techs. Actually seeing the Enzo, walking around it, seeing how all the lines work together in 3 dimensions, looking at the quality and level of detailing, has made me very sorry for my initial impressions of the car from the press pictures, magazines and pics on the web. None of those mediums do the car any justice what-so-ever. The Enzo is the real deal. Jeff Davison |
