I've heard from Daniel that this event has been cancelled. I'm waiting for more info. |

I'm still looking to split the Barber event, if someone wants Sunday since I am only available on that Saturday. |

Mike, I would love to split it with you but I will be out of the country at that time. Maybe next time. |

We've got Vincent Bruno planning to go to this in his new 575M, and Daniel Bustamante in his 360 coupe. Any others? I'm just looking to go on Saturday, so if anyone wants my Sunday spot and wants to split the fee, let me know.

Preliminary cost info was incorrect. It is $550 for members, $650 for non members. Or you can join for $35 (even as a non-Boxter owner) and so your cost would be $585. Helmet required, SA95 or newer Long pants and Sleeves will be required (racing suit is optional) Contact person is Stephen Huss 678-644-9778 cell 678-528-9630 Direct office

We have been invited to participate at an event at the Barber Motorsports Track (Birmingham) Saturday/Sunday May 31/June 1. Sponsored by the American 986 (Porsche) club, they're fronting $35,000 rental and fees (track, corner workers, catering, etc), which the Ferrari Club isn't quite ready to do, so this is a good opportunity to join in at a reasonable cost, which is $500 for the two days, or $375 if you just want to go one day! Details will be up shortly at their site, www.am986.com If we have enough Ferraris (aprox 20), we can have our own driving group, but I believe the event is going to be open to all sports cars and you'll be put in a group according to your car and/or driving experience. Instructors will be available also. Please get the word out.
