Bill, congratulations on the purchase of your 456GT. Looking forward to seeing it.

There's now ANOTHER Ferrari in Huntsville. Some of you have met Bill H. who has a joined some of our Ferrari drives and Talladega track events with his silver Mallett Corvette. He's just sold the 'vette and has bought a Ferrari 456GT. I'm sure we'll see him on FerrariChat soon, and he's planning to bring the 456 to our Talladega event Nov 15.

Erik: You missed a great ride here Sunday afternoon... super weather, did about 50 miles in the surrounding countryside.

Enjoy the Barber track! Upload Maybe they'll let you take their car out for a spin?

Hey, any luck getting your contacts to do that "Alabama research" list we talked about?

Mike:

Nope. Karen and I will be in Birmingham that weekend. Most likely turning wrenches with Ferrari of Washington's GT entry. Glad you enjoyed the drive.

Erik: Welcome! I used the link in your profile to check out the online magazine you write for. Nice!

And of course, thanks again for letting me test drive your 12-cyl.

Are you planning to go to the FCA KickOff party in Atlanta in a couple of weeks? If you're bringing your car, we could caravan along with my 328 neighbor that's planning to go. If you're going but not bringing your car, and your fiance isn't going, then you're welcome to ride with me.

Branko:

Thanks for the welcome. I lived for a number of years in Vestavia Hills as well.

Cheers,
Erik

Eric N. welcome to Huntsville. It is a great town. I used to live there, but now live in Birmingham.

I don't work in that building, but a friend of mine does, so I may try to get him to do that. Good idea, thanks.

Nice Mike - have you tried a small and "harmless to car" note on the Spider saying you are trying to get in touch?

Welcome to Erik N. who moved here several months ago but just relocated his 365 GTB/4 to Huntsville and is currently looking to also buy a euro fiberglass 308 GTB.

I've also seen a yellow 355 spider multiple times. I now know where he parks for work, but I haven't made contact with him yet; I'd have to do a tag check with a DMV to get his name.
