Craig. If you decide to "warm" it every week/month it's VERY important that the oils get really warm so that the condensed water, which build up, evaporate otherwise you will dilute and destroy your oil with water. If you only idle for 5 min it's better to leave it off. I was told so anyway... Caio Peter |

thanks Bruce, very useful, I'll do just that. Really would rather use it but driving to work in the rain is like water torture getting dripped on every 2 mins! |

i would suggest not disconnecting the battery try and use it every weekend if possible by driving it, this way the seals wont close up, your tires will not become a problem , and it will allow your fluids to move and lubricate everything.. just starting it and letting it idle for 5 mins, doesnt do the trick..this procedure should be done with every car left alone, not just f-cars, my 2 cents regards, bruce regards, |

Hi guys,I'm planning to store my 348 over the winter in uk(nov-march) & use it on weekends weather permitting. Is there anything I should do prior to and during storage & could I encounter any problems through doing this. The car will be in a garage and will have its dust cover on. |
