Brass Balls - A better party would be had at my chateau up in Vermont!!! It's in southern VT, and we could always set something up for early/mid September. John - I had a great time. Wonderful people and great conversations. Please thank Linda for the shortcut. I should have stayed longer, the traffic was horrendous so I wound up keeping the car in Brooklyn(store it on LI). Besides, it would have given me more time to eat more of Todd's wife's baklava - it was amazing. Look forward to seeing all you folk again for a drive. Thanks again to Andrea, Linda, Bruce and John. Potoula(correct spelling, ha ha ) and I had a great time at your house, John. You have a spectacular home and more importantly, a wonderful wife and kids. I personally enjoyed myself because I really got chance to talk with everyone for a little while...what a great group of genuine people...probably not what most people would think of us simply b/c of the stupid cars we drive! The highlight for me was lighting them up in John's 78 400 Trans Am. It's Sunday and we're inside for the day. Crazy hot today. Linda and I can't start to say what a great time we had having everyone over. Time just flew as usual. Bruce and Andrea ordered enough food for an army(the Montgomery police appreciate the extra we gave the night shift). BRUNO where the hell were you??????????????? Anyway, this we have to do again, as the summer winds down, just meet and drive, get together anything. Great cars but better guests. We have great friends in Bruce and Andrea and have met some very wonderful people. Had a great day. Michel,what can we say, damn good to have you over. The laughs when we finally went inside, well, I haven't had such a good laugh in a long time. Hi All, I greatly enjoyed the today's party at John and Linda's house. My sincere thanks to John, Linda, and Bruce and Andrea for hosting and arranging such a wonderful event. It was pleasure to meet those Ferrari enthusiasts I haven't met before, and to see all those who I've already met at the show last week. Bruce what time does it start? Might be able to bring a 250 up from Fairlesshills,Pa. It is just across the Toll bridge from Trenton. Got to go all way to Wildwood first. Then turn back. Fairlesshills is half way between my house and Wildwood but only 25 mins from Princeton area. this always happens to me. August is when everything happens and it's vacation time. | ||

just to add to johns post... after saying yes to some people that approached me at the car show( no names mentioned) it just wouldnt be fair to those who have arranged child care pre-party..if one child shows up, there would be a million questions to answer,and simply i dont want it to turn out as a problem for a nice day for us to share.. if i jumped the gun, by saying yes to kids coming( the ones i spoke to)i apologize and hopefully that wont cancel your party plans and feelings.. thank you for understanding,,,hope to see you at johns/linda"s house respectfully yours, bruce | ||

I look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, even some new friends we met at the New Hope Car Show. I do have one problem however, CHILDREN. Bruce was approached by some of you who ask to bring their kids. Bruce is a nice guy and never likes to say no. The problem is, is that this is an outdoor event with the house available for the rest rooms only. We don't have the facilities for children. We can't concern ourselves with watching or dealing with small children. All of those attending have arranged babysitters for this adult get-to-gether and if someone comes with children, well it wouldn't be fair or right. I love kids, but not this coming Saturday. We expect alot of cars and alot of friends so please make sure you have arranged for kid care and then come on down. We have everything ready and look forward to being together. One of Andrea's (Bruce's wife) 100 relatives (you have to understand that on Saturday, every second person that came by introduced themselves as Andrea's Uncle??) is providing the feast(they own the food service business in NJ). Those that wanted to bring kids along, please understand my reasoning and help us to keep the day exactly like we planned.
