I'm here. I'll be there Fri (as always) with another few thousand Italian car fanatics. Last year I got about a dozen FC users together for a pic, this year well I've been more hands off. I'll defintaely be there tho.

I'm driving from Marin to Monterey on early Friday am going down 280 to Santa Cruz, then Highway 1. Plan on leaving SF on early Friday (8am) to be in Monterey on Friday at about 11-12.

Thanks Randy, That is actually part of my plan. I am going to come up from San Diego to Morro Bay on Wednesday via 101 and then take 1 the rest of the way on Thursday and make it a very scenic drive. I will be at Laguna Seca on Saturday and maybe we can plan on meeting at the turn 5 tent at 1pm for anyone interested. The SW FCA club is doing a run that will meet up in San Luis Obispo on Thursday at noon for lunch and then off from there in different directions. |

Its a gorgeous drive up there. But honestly... don't take PCH until you get to San Luis Ob. - south of there isn't really worth the drive. Instead, try Angeles Crest (its HWY 2 that comes in around Pasedena), 17 Mile Drive (in Monteray) and if you want to stop no the way to Monteray itself, plan a few hours for the Hurst Castle, or at least drive up and see the visitor's center. |

I am getting ready for my drive (Wednesday and Thursday)up to Monterey for the Concorso/Pebble Beach/Laguna Seca events. Anyone else heading up? Looking forward to the highway 1 drive from San Diego to Monterey. Any FChat people getting together up there? There is a Special tent for FCA members at turn 5 Laguna Seca hope to see some of you there.
