There are a couple of guys in that area who have their cars in their living rooms and rec. rooms. To make the house look right on the outside they have sliding glass doors that slide back on the outside wall to give a large opening enough to drive in.

Maybe he drives it through the garage door that's covered up by the curtains! This is a bit odd, but this is most likely just a converted garage.
