I dont own a ghibli but have driven them, car was solid and felt a bit heavy, engine is very reliable and strong.Being a daily driver i would say yes but it all depends on the condition of the vehicle,be aware that parts can be very expensive for this classic. Give MIE a call they are the biggest Maserati parts warehouse in the U.S.

I guess I should have clarified that I meant the late 60's and early 70's Ghibli's, as opposed to the Ghibli II's that were sold more recently in Europe but not imported to the US.

Thanks.

Does anyone on the F Chat have or has previously owned, or driven a Maserati Ghibli?

I have been gathering information on these cars and they seem to be very reasonably priced ($25k to 45K, depending mostly on whether it is an SS or not and condition, of course), seem to be very reliable, well handling cars, capable of being daily drivers without too much worries.

If you have, I'd be very interested in your experiences, thoughts, etc.

Thanks in advance.
