I guess i liked senior year because i had minimal responsibilities, i could come home at any hour of the night in whatever condition, i didnt have to worry too much abut grades after the 2nd quarter, and teachers didnt expect much of me after then anyway.

Well, I guess you have a point there. :-) I still want to have some fun. But I can't get carried away. If I do well enough to afford the costs of a Ferrari in the future that's when the real fun will begin. ;)

highschool was hell? I loved it, but it all ended 2 months ago, now im going off to college and i have 4 more years till i'm on my own in the real world. Its kinda scary. Enjoy that last year while you have it, i wish i had another. Dont forget to focus on school until the 1st semester ends and all your grades are in. After that live it up, go out every night and hang out with your friends because after you are all at college you wont see them that much. I go late, sept 9th, but all my friends are leaving either this week or next week. Its scary that we arent kids anymore. I can remeber almost all of them from when we were in kindergarden 14 years ago.

Thanks. I just want to get on the right track. Plus, you can do real estate part time just to make some quick $$$. Hope so at least...

I'm 34 and looking back a friend of mine did the same thing...went to community college, got good grades, went to MD U (home of the Nat'l Champ Terrapins), saved his parents a nice chunk of change and still has a diploma from a kick ass school. Real estate is always a good education whether it be for a living or for investment.

Good move.

Peace,

Hello everybody. Sorry for an off topic but I need some advice. I'm just a kid. :-)

I'm only 17, but I have this plan. My elders tell me it's wise to think about the future so I came up with this.

My dream/goal is to get into some form of engineering, either mechanical or electrical. Bio tech looks interesting as well. But I'm kind of poor at this moment. Well not 'poor' but you know what I mean. I'm gonna start college pretty quick since I'll blast right through my last year of hell... errr high school. Somebody told me that I can learn real estate pretty easy while going to a community college (I'll probably go to a Uni afterward). I keep hearing that I can learn it and make some quick part time (yup) money in a few years. Is this right? Will I kill myself?

So... community college/learn some real estate for the heck of it. -> Go to a University and shoot for a Masters.

Can I do it? Am I crazy? lol

Thanks.
