i dont know if the every 1,000 miles = +$1,000 rule applies but if you look at it that way and FMV (fair market value) for my car (15,000 miles) is $91,000 then the baord will think you can do better than $101,000 (the board thinks i can do bettert than $91). The dealer was listing the my car at $100,000 and they came down to $95,000...i said no and they came back with $91,000. I called a couple authorized dealers on the west coast who have the 95 GTBs with $15,000 miles and was able to talk them down to $85,000 on the phone so $85 will print, not so sure if it will print in NY though....factor in travel shipping costs, I'm still paying a bit of a premium... |

The car is listed at $110k at seems greatly inflated. Low miles is not worth that much but I wanted to make an offer that was fair for the car.

See some of my posts below talking about this the past few days. I'm looking at spending $91.8 for 95 with 15,000 miles and most of the responses on the board thought it was alot...the car i'm looking at has had the major done as well as the vlaves. Also located in NY, we pay a bit of a premium for eveything here...
