The seats don't look replaced to me, more like re-dyed. |

Another reason to replace the seats.....the leather was never taken care of, and through the years hardened like granite. Nothing wrong with redoing the seats if the leather is hard as a rock. |

Thats my point too Magoo. I'm just wondering what the selling price will be. THEN replacing parts & repair cost kicks in. Some people are better off spending there cash on a Z06 vette. (sorry ferrari folks) |

Henryk, "When on EBAY always be in doubt." Others have learned that on this chat line. Stick around and you will see what happens with some of these deals on EBAY. "BUYER BEWARE!" Get my drift? |

Magoo: One cannot rule out fire and flood damage, as you have stated. However, since the car IS high mileage, it is obvious that the previous owners never thought of it as a COLLECTIBLE, and just had a lot of fun with it. Being an open top model, it probably sat in the sun a lot. To have a car repainted after 20 years is very common......especially on an every day driver. While you may be right, I still feel that it would not be uncommon for one of the most recent owners to have painted the car, and replaced the interior. You would be very correct if the car only had 30,000 miles on it. |

Henyrk, So I guess what you are saying is the car was so beat up he had it painted and the interior replaced. Could be. Fire damage and flood damage could also be the reason. Regards. |

Magoo: 97,000 miles and 20 years later is a GOOD reason to replace the interior! IMO |

That interior doesn't have any memory marks in the leather. At that mileage it should have more than it shows. Even the floor mats look new. The interior does look good though and it makes me think that the interior may have been replaced for a reason. |

Yeah, Ed your logic is faultless considering the threads I've seen. |

Ok, I keep hearing that the Ferrari that is used is the best and the Garage queen is a POS so this car should be worth a MINT. Am I not right using the logic learned on other threads? |
