How undignified, racing a Subaru for cryin' out loud. I don't race anyone, too dangerous. Besides, if it's anything other than another F, why are you bothering? You're the one in the F!
Yeah, Noel, that vette site is a tad on the "busy" side.

That was an aweful story.. It's a shame that he felt he had to prove his car to a Subaru.. The story did say that it rained, so he really should have thought twice.. Subaru AWD......

"In the hours leading up to the crash, the couple had enjoyed a night out at Birkenhead Point, where they dined at a restaurant"

"Light rain was falling at the time of the crash"

Ok, I'm jumping to conclusions but if you HAVE to street race, be stone sober and don't do it in the rain. Duh.

....holly mackarel!!! how could anyone make a sensible discussion in that forum? All the car pics, animating gif, & quotes, are overshadowing the topic. I cant tell which is what!...talking about "showing off" :-)

Speaking of wrecks, I don't know if anyone has seen this 360. Resurected the link from Corvetteforum. One lame brain had the audacity to make some not too wise comments regarding the status of the driver and the car. Interesting comments that followed.

A 355 would have had a tough time staying with those cars anyway since they would have been the euro-spec version which are very fast. Especially at night with the substandard headlights on a Ferrari of that era.

I can't believe that the gentleman felt he had anything to prove towards the other driver, to the point that he would endanger his or anothers life.

310,000.00 Australia Dollars = 168,090.94 USD

Still way higher than US prices though.

Wow! Are F-cars really going for that much in Australia?

Can anybody tell if the doors popped open or not from the photo?

Amazing that the people actually survived. That is one mangled F-car!

Old guys and young women are a very bad combination. 46 isn't that old, but old enough to get stupid when he's got a young thing in the car.

Yet another case of draging on the street.
