Hans, I know that Dennis McCann at http://www.allferrariparts.com/ has the indicator lights with housings that you need. I ordered the fan indicator light from him in February ($19.00). An alternative is to wrap some electrical tape around the housing to get a "friction fit" of the housing in the panel receptacle. Two or three turns of tape should do it. Barry

Your best bet would be to call the usual suppliers. Don't be surprised if they want a fortune for them... |

On my '75 308GT4, the 3 indicator lamps on the left side of the instrument panel have loosened, one has popped out. The little plastic 'tangs' on the rear side of said lamps have hardened and broke. Original replacements are apparently no longer available. I can try to fix what I have, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Hate to have a big glob of epoxy on the back of the instrument panel. I probably can find useable replacements at an electrical supply house, but prefer to keep original appearance. Any suggestions? |
