Right, Magoo - you don't really know your wife until you divorce her.

Peter, not to gloat, but I've had 4 four wives and not paid 1 one penny alimony. Am I doing something right or are you doing something wrong? Remember the only friend you will have in a divorce will probably be your Ferrari. Just a friendly response. MAGOO

Correct answer: Find a 'Sugar Mama' who will buy you the Ferrari... problem solved.

A new steering rack for my TR is $1400. A used rack on a mistress - $$$$?????? I'll stay with my TR and my "monkey"
Bill has the right idea!!

I would take the Ferrari hands down. My big case is that when girls get pissy you have no way of solving their problem, none of us can eally understand them. At least when the Ferrari gets pissy it's just in need of adjustment or a new part. If when your girlfriend complained about her butt you could just go to the store and slap on another one to correct it, then I would take the mistress, but for the time being I'm staying with the Fcar.

Hmmm, a pair of big fat C cups in my face or doing 160 + on a race track in my 512TR, now THERE is a tough choice. I guess I'll have to have both since I dont want to part with either :)

(tounge firmly planted in my cheek here - )

CALL my home? as long as the Ferrari gets me home, I'm happy. ;)

to add to that -

from a Forza (I think issue #16) a quote from Michael Duffey that has been echo'ed by many a passenger of mine (vast majority are non smokers):

"After a good fast drive in a Testarossa, you feel like lighting up a cigarette!"

I came across an old "Motor Trend" review on the 308 and the article started out with this analysis...(thought you might enjoy it)

"Ferrari ownership carries with it many of the obligations that attach to mistress-keeping. Both projects require huge cash outlays and are psychologically risky, but they are guaranteed to make you the the envy of your fellows. Neither activity suits the average man, the faint of heart or the happily married, let alone the financially disadvantaged or the terminally dull. Both undertakings have an undeniable allure, but we are compelled to recommend the Ferrari. Not for any moral reason, but because in the long run it will be cheaper. A Ferrari can provide almost as much pleasure as a mistress and offers the additional advantage of being unlikely to call your home." J
