As per recent financial press

"Ferrari SpA's recent Formula One success could prompt Italian investment bank Mediobanca SpA to sell its 34% stake in the company on the stock market earlier than expected."

I don't know what to make of it - it loses a bit of the Ferrari mystique - but then maybe it left when Fiat bought it
