The full story is that those cars are GTB's, they always had exposed windows, from 308 to 328, spanning about 15 years. It goes back to the Dino 246 when the spyder came after. To reinforce the structure they eliminated the windows and just had small vent slots. When they created the 308 GTS, structure had little to do with it, but, they continued the look by having louvers covering the windows. The parts are different, I doubt it can be changed easily or inexpensively. |

I notice the earlier models do not have these. What is the full story? Can one remove these louvers to achieve the look? Any input would be appreciated. |
