Kurt, that is too bad. I'll give you information that I have. You can read about Mitchel's ordeal in the archives. I happened to have a close call with this individual myself. I was in the process of selling him a Ferrari item I had on Ebay. I happened to be digging around in the archives and found out about this jerk, so I shut down the deal. All I have is his Paypal info. Hope this helps. We need to get rid of all these damn scam artists.

I just wrote him this e-mail:
are you going to pay Kurt from Ferrari Books for your purchase that he had sent you prior to getting your payment or do you have to get blacklisted?
If you truely own a TR you have probably just forgotten, if you have done that on purpose Mr Pham, you will never own a TR! |

Guys,
The Steve Pham In Orlando is the guy i need to get in touch with.
We were kind enough to send him his Ferrari manuals prior to been paid, I think this is probably the first ever time I shipped a Ferrari manual out prior to been paid.
His Ebay feedback was perfect & I figured anyone that owns a $100,000.00 car isn;t going to stiff me out of a few $$$$$$$$ for a parts manual, wrong.
It's been 4 + weeks now & not one reply to my many emails.
Oh well, that will not happen again!
It only takes one to spoil it for the others.

Hey guys, nope I never got anything back from that guy Phoung Pham or ebay for that matter. I would have loved to give that guy the ass kickin' of his life. Oh well, live and learn.
Martin, it was for a huge yellow glass sign with a black Cavallino on it. He cashed my check right away, then pretended I never sent it. |

That would not be the same guy that was doing some business on eBay and never delivered was it? Mitchel, I think you got burned by that guy, right? Some plaque, or no a dealer sign he was selling?
