Thank you, will take a look at it.

The overpriced one on ebay is being offered for sale again.

I do not watch ebay that often, but this is at least the third time. I assume that they have also tried to sell it through other means during the last year.

Here's a used one for $145k:

Here's a brand new one for $170k:

Prices include conversion to US specs and transport to the US. The prices are actually a bit cheaper if you want to keep the car in Europe.

What do Euro 360 Spiders cost - ballpark?

Brian,
Is that lovely silver 360 a Euro? My euro 360 is worked on by a Ferrari tech who worked for the dealership, then opened his own shop for Jag's and Ferrari's.
The local dealership really has discouraged me from bringing it there and since there is no warranty coverage,I choose not to.

For some reason you can't respond to a thread once its in an archive... given that, the archives should probably be created leaving *at*least* the last week of threads out of the archive. So, quoting from the now dead Euro thread...

>> As far as dealers working on them, FNA does not seem to mind.
>> The dealers can order parts for Euro specific cars from FNA no problem.
>> As well, FNA does not have to put out any $ for any warranty items.

That *ought* to be the way it is. However, that does not seem to be the way it is. It is clear FNA wants to discourage the import of Euros... they are fighting it right now with the NHTSA. And according to Ferrari of Dallas, FNA will come down on them if they work on Euros. FOD will *not* work on Euros. Thankfully, there is a very good alternative in Dallas... Norwood's.

However, I know a few dealers do not shun, and even sell, Euros. Thus, it may be a FOH/FOD thing rather than an FNA thing. Amazes me though... most dealerships make more off service than off sales. And FOD would be getting a lot of my $$$ (I track it, so do lots of fluid changes and pad changes and such). Oh well.

Brian
