D B's reply puts a different spin on it. Most of the road racing videos I see and stories I hear about are Ferraris owners racing with guys trying to prove something with their non-Ferrari cars. I was driving my 308 the other day and some yahoo in one of those ridiculous tuner cars pulled up next to me on the highway and was challenging me. I didn't even acknowledge he was there. I don't have anything to prove and besdies, I'm the one in the Ferrari. | ||

Both links are of the same clip, just thought I would give you both  Apparently the guy in the F40 had run into the guys in the S2 before. After this little chase, they both pulled over and chatted, and he invited the guys to his house. He showed them video from the Enzo party he had just been to, and also his garage, which included an F50, Porsche 959, 996TT, 996GT2, and a couple of others which I can't remember right now. Sounds like a nice guy. | ||

I am sure that if I had an F40 and was playing around with an Audi I would NOT go balls to the walls for fear of an accident. That traffic doesnt really allow the F40 to reach Mach II anyway. He was obviously just having fun, and it is nice to see him acknowledge another gear head. | ||

towards the end of the 1st clip you can see flames coming from the F40 exhaust pipe...cool. | ||

i only saw the first one. What are you talking about Al? That F40 makes the S2 look like its standing still. YOu can see how it just takes off, keep in mind the S2 was rolling up at likr 7mph faster than the F40, and was probbly opened up. | ||

Why is this guy even acknowledging the existence of this other car? He has an F40 for cryin' out loud. He doesn't need to prove anything. He needs to brush up on his driving skills though; he should have left that Audi in the dust. | ||
