Hi Mark, You should have informed me you were going. I got there about 12.30pm and managed to park in the library area. It took me about an hour to get to the Ferrari's.Not as many as I thought. Met an old friend from SAAC and he introduced me to Carroll Shelby. Shelby was very pleasant and even autographed the front of my T shirt.(With love, Carroll Shelby) I did end up giving a donation to the "Shelby Childrens Fund" but he just smiled and said it was a thrill to give me the autograph.(Still chatting up the ladies in his late seventies!) LOL. He then had to go in to the presentation lunch. I was impressed with the other cars at the show. Loved the original early Pantera ( with out all the wings and rubbish like some of them had). The Cobra's looked great as well as the Shelbys. A friends ex Tiger was there but of the 7 or 8 Tigers at the show there was not a single clean original one there . They all had their engine bays full of aftermarket rubbish and chrome, YUK! Also got a great deal on the Mothers Polish System and leather cleaner. The guy was so impressed that a girl has a Ferrari he gave me a bag full of samples as well as my $10.00 polish set I bought. All in all a great afternoon and the diversity of cars was great. And yes there were a lot of great looking women around, including me !!(Although I would not be brave enough to walk around in a black & white check bikini !). Love from Dina. | ||

Dina, I ended up there with my TR, (a little late for I goofed off cruising the beach route!!) Some very neat cars. Looked for you but with so many cute, classy ladies there - well, you just blended in!!! Hope you enjoyed. | ||
