Ona 308 it is between the intake manifold runners on the "Y" pipe that connects the two heads together. |

Lawrence, Thats the problem -- I do not know where to find it on the engine?? I've looked everywhere -- found a bunch of stuff! But no sending unit? can anybody tell me where to find the sending unit so I can test or replace it?? Thanks, Johnny |

How do you know the sending unit is bad? Attach a volt meter to it and see if volt meter jumps around. Then it's the sender unit. If it is steady, it's either a bad connection somewhere or the gauge on the dash is bad. |

Can anyone tell me where I can find the Temperature sending unit (Water Temp between Speedo and Tach) on a 86 328 GTS - looked it up in the parts book and I just don't see it? My temp gauge bounces and is giving inaccurate reads?? Thanks, Johnny |
