Paul, I've got a set of the fiber glass AFE bumpers from NZ, and I would classify them as racer parts.
The finish is not great, you would need to make and glass in brackets to mount them. Finally the turn signal cut out is, well, cut out. So you will need to make and glass in the surfaces that surround the sides of the signal.

I haven't decided if I want to go to this much trouble... anybody want a set of euro 308 race car bumpers?

Mike,Ben,
re:"There's a bumper on eBay that just closed, not selling because the reserve wasn't met..."

BAD NEWS:
I was the high bidder on item #: 1855715071 'Ferrari 308 Fiberglass bumpers' but didn't hit the reserve. I've already contacted the seller & bought the set of front/rear fibreglass bumpers for substantially more (sigh) than I was bidding. From the descripton, I believe this is a pair of Nick's fibreglass conversion bumpers.

and GOOD NEWS:
I only need the rear bumper, and will be looking to sell the front bumper. I was planning to put it up for auction on eBAY. However, send me eMAIL subject = "308 Fibreglass Front Bumper" & make me an offer.

There's a bumper on eBay that just closed, not selling because the reserve wasn't met, item # 1855283526. You might want to contact the seller and make him an offer.

What ever happened to Nicks euro conversion fiberglass bumpers, does he have them yet? Am I wrong or doesn't that seem a little high for the euro fiberglass conversion? Of course if they are not just cosmetic but structurally reinforced to absorb impact maybe that is the reason.

from my inquirey to Italian Auto a few days ago:

Thanks for the inquiry. We have the fiberglass Euro bumpers for the 308 and ours are made to bolt directly to the US bumper shocks. The front is $625 and the rear is $575 (+ shipping). We also have used stock US bumpers from time to time.
