My wife and I visited Reynolda last year and had a great time. Last year they probably had ~ 15 - 18 Ferrari's, a BMW Isetta, many Alfa's, 1 Lambo, and many other interesting makes.

I highly recommend anyone in the area visit this wonderful event!

Corsa Rossa, a local car club in the Triad area of North Carolina organizes a European Car Show every October. There are ususally a dozen different Ferraris there and it's free! If you're nearby, come visit us. Here's the latest Corsa Rossa e-mail:

September Rendzvous

We had a subdued and quiet evening September 10th. It was our meeting on Tuesday September 11th that gave us a focus for reflection on the tragic events in Pennsylvania, Washington DC and New York City. We welcomed Bob and Beth Snow back home again after 2 years in Egypt.

The Corsa Rossa Festival at Reynolda is looking great. We have 8 Alfa Romeos, 1 Austin Mini Cooper s, 19 Austin Healeys, 6 BMWs, 5 Ferraris, 2 Jaguars, 1 Jensen, 1 Mercedes, 3 MGs and 1 Triumph preregistered. Franz Cone will play the bagpipes in the morning until noon. The group Gaylwind will play Celtic music on the lawn of Reynolda House and the Jazz Quintet �Stratford Brass� will play in reynolda Village from 12 to 3:30. At 5 we will have a 1/2 hour drive and end at a celebration. Sunday we will drive the
Corsa Rossa Mini Miglia starting and finishing in Reynolda Village.

On November 3rd flow BMW is having an open house for the introduction of the new BMW Z4. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to drive their car.
Scott Sturdy and Lee Davis are organizing a display of classic BMWs for the event.

On October 20th we will have a drive from Flow BMW to Sport Auto in Summerfield and then on to Virginia International Raceway for the Vintage
Races. Please call if you know you are going so Mr Barney at Sport Auto knows about how many to expect for breakfast.

November 9th and 10th brings us to Blake Frazier�s Alfa concieved �Roanoke Rendezvous� which run from Flow BMW to Roanoke and end at the Hotel Roanoke. For more information call Blake at 336 884 2214 or 336 854 0391.
