The only sponsor that hasn't paid, besides a current one that will probably shut it's doors, is http://www.red4racing.com/. If anyone ever talks to the Palmers, get our money from them! I sent emails and mailed an invoice to the UK. They're still in business too!

The Ferrari logos I placed are approx 2 1/2" tall, I can make them smaller or larger. Anything I can plot out just let me know what you want, I'm not really into EBAY- not worth my time for a couple of bucks. Pretty good profit esp. when you are doing multiple copies. Smaller detailed sticker would be more depending how much vinyl weeding needs to be done. I've made clocks, posters, decals, bumper stickers, transparent speedometer gauges with logos on it, etc. only your imagination limits it....

Modman, how large are those samples you made? I'd love to have a small one to put on my Suburban and my daily driver if they're not too large. The SF shield would be nice too. Maybe you could set up shop on Ebay! :-)

I'll just charge cost plus shipping.

I have plenty. Chris Parr has 5 of them and I've only used one. I threw this one away, but I think they can probably be reused.

Also, for those that haven't put them on before, a razor blade around the edges works good, just don't cut the window seal.

Yes, Rob, that is me. I recall that run. I got by the Miata, which was VERY well driven, and was catching you when they waved the checkered flag...
That's why I said that your car sounded great--I was getting an earful of it from right behind!!

A suggestion: keep a few for our regional annual meet in May--it would look nice to have some of the cars in the concours or the rally sporting your banner!! I would!

I was trying to throw him a few bucks on top of his cost.

Tom, what crackulator are you using? I came up with $15 per banner. Rob, what are you paying for your banners? I have a plotter that can make signs and logos, there is a big difference on the type of vinyl used. You can use cheap vinyl at $70. per roll or $190 for one that will handle the outdoor usage. Cheap ones fade and crack, good ones stay pliable and will last longer. Maybe I can make some up for you, here are some samples I can make as far as logos.

I hear you, I figured it was the wheel guy because I know chris was using him. also I know we all did not welcome him so well - with all the critiques of his website. Oh well. Let me know the cost of the banner when you get back - I figured 750/50 to come up with 20-30 bucks. let me know though

Tom, I'll get a banner to you after Indy. I'll put it in the online store.

The power washer guy may come back next year when it gets warm again.

The Wheel guy got his banner on Chris's car. Chris I think bought some wheels from him, but I don't think he sold any others. I don't think Ferrari owners are the best market for non-OEM wheels, although I think it's getting more and more acceptable.

The moving guy was a good sponsor, but hasn't been on for a few months.

Custom Coach is also leaving after this month, but please still use them if you need a custom coach/trailer. Tim is a great guy and active user of this board. I think one sell could pay for decades of FerrariChat.com advertising.

We have a few new sponsors coming on this month.

60-70% only try for a few months and find it's not the market they're looking for. I know of several sponsors that have done extremely well. Usually it's just being on here awhile and being active as a user helping people out. Then users start giving them their business and the word spreads.

Just trying to break even, last month I didn't, but I hope to this month.

That black on yellow seems to stand out more than the white on clear that I had in mind.

I spent $750 on FerrariChat.com window banners so we could make it on the cover of Forza with Chris's F40. Instead, a former sponsor got their window banner on Chris's car, I lost that sponsor, I lost another sponsor at the same event, and I'm still out the $750. LOL - I'm not bitter or not mad at anyone. It's just like a gambling man's swing. You can either loose $200 or win $200, but the difference is actually $400.

Anyway, so I have 50 FerrariChat.com window banners and only car I've had it on so far is mine. Here's the presale proof, I bought the original, I just haven't received it yet. I only have the banner on there for track events though.

Let me know if anyone wants a FerrariChat.com window banner for track events. I'll sell them at cost plus shipping or free if there will be a pro photographer at the event and you send me copies.

It is nice having some subtle signs on a Ferrari to advertise the business.

Martin in Miami, on one of your photographs it looked like you had magnetic signs on a 348. I thought the 348 was mainly aluminum - so how did you get them to stay? Or is just the frame aluminum? How about the 355?

I was also thinking about a white lettered sign at the top of the windshield. How does this work?
