Newport Autosport has, for quite some time, a McLaren F1 available; we should all be so lucky.

Thank you Sean for filling me in about them. Oh well, sounds like I've hit another dead end.

Sean, as a Ferrari dealer, what options would I as an owner have in tracking down warranty repairs, dealer service records, whether or not it was traded in / resold, etc. for my particular vehicle? Can this be obtained through the dealer network from any authorized dealer? The reason I ask is that I'm trying to track down as much history for my car as possible, so as to make things more "complete" -- unfortunately, the car came with virtually no records when I purchased it, and the PO claims he lost most of this information when he relocated his company. I plan to keep the 308 as part of an ongoing collection and have no intention of selling it.

By the way, I am a frequent visitor to your website -- I enjoy browsing the pics of the cars in inventory! Incidentally, I have many relatives who are lifelong residents of Salt Lake City, UT, and have visited there often. In fact, just a couple of months ago, my mother was on vacation there and I had her stop in and pay a visit to your dealership. I asked her to inquire about the red / tan '85 TR (VIN # 056677), but I guess it has already sold. I did get the salesman's business card -- his name was Tim Beers. My mother said she enjoyed looking around.

Thanks again.

Newport Imports went bankrupt in the early nineties, no afilliation with Newport Autosport or anyone else. They were the Jag, Ferrari, Lotus, Range Rover dealer in Newport Beach.

Just curious if they are still in business, or if they've been bought out by Newport Autosport. Both addresses are close by one another on W. Coast Hwy., Newport Beach, CA.

Sorry for my ignorance regarding this dealership, but I'm located here in Florida. I wish to contact them regarding info on the 308 since they were the original selling dealer. Thanks in advance.
