I let people smoke in my jeep with the window open, but never in the Ferrari. I don't smoke, but if someone wants to in their car I guess it is their right to do so. Like you guys have said though, there are so many beautiful smells associated with a Ferrari that it might be a shame to mask them. I wouldn't buy a smokers car. But like I said before, it's the owners decision really. | ||

Does "wacky tabaccy" count? J I don't smoke, never did. Too expensive. I breathe enough welding fumes already, I don't need more. My Dad smoked a pipe many years ago, it is by far the best smell. You can smell the chemicals in cigs, cigars stink like s--t, but pipe smoke is so pleasant. It smelled great in his cars, so if I ever started smoking that would be my choice. | ||

If Enzo said that his cars do not smoke then he was obviously blind. Most smoke from the tail pipes as well as the window motors, Under the dash, Fuse block, where oil drips on the hot exhaust from shifter seals, heater vents, Steering column, brake rotors, fuel lines, Etc,Etc. But I still love it. Damn we're a sick lot. | ||

I remember a story about the Ferrari F1 cars, and how they have been sponsored by Marlboro for some time, but it hasn't been but the last ten years when they started putting the Marlboro emblems on the spoilers and body panels. One person commented on what Enzo would think if he saw this: "Enzo would not want this to happen, he would be rolling in his grave, he always said, 'my cars don't smoke'." | ||

Yeah, but then Enzo drove Alfa's and Fiat's when he was smoking. The only smoke you saw from Enzo in a Ferrari was from the tail pipes. ...just joking. If you can hold a cigarette in your hand while driving a Ferrari you are definitely too slow ! | ||

I may be wrong, but I think enzo was a smoker, this means we all should be smoking in our cars in order to retain the authenticity of the true ferrari experience. If enzo did not want us to smoke he would not have provided ashtrays. I wonder if t. rutlands has a part # for the correct brand of smokes. lol | ||

Now that would be a car that I would not buy. ONce you see the ashtray used or ash in cracks I would not touch the car. More often though you will find the smell and that italien fine leather has such a beautiful smell, even when 10 years old but maintained. My opinion...this guy should be banned from driving Ferrari and moved into a Camaro. | ||

I saw a 348 ts the otherday with a driver that smoke a cigarette. Ofcourse, everyone have the option to choose wheter or not to do this in his own Ferrari, but personaly i dont like it. What do you guys say? |
