Taso, are you going to do any body work on the car ? I have the Koenig fiberglass body kit with the F40like front fenders & the swollen rear fenders on my race car now. Also removed the cheese graters & going with an adjustable race wing. Gonna try for "just" 500hp though. Has your transmission been strengthened ? Beautiful car |

Taso, you gotta bring this baby down to Homestead in October. The car is longing for the track! Hope my car is running by Oct 18. Only a few more days. I may miss that one too I am afraid. I am sure you will come down for the St Armands Circle show, right? Also check out the Savoy event in December. A social I am organizing with some other FOC members. Will be a class A event, with FILA in sponsorship, a fashion show and pooolside car display of F40s and 288GTOs. If the 550 Maranello from Rafanelli-Racing (Olive Garden) is back from Italy by then they will bring the car.

Taso, you mention in your other messages the previous owner of you car was the owner of "Octopussy"-boat (from James Bond movie). The owner of Octopussy is my friends friend (so I almost know him ;), hes a Finnish guy named Mr. Jorma Lillbacka. I suppose he had the boat in the 80's as well. He recenly sold his business for around $180-200.000.000,- (started his business with no money around '50-60s) and is well known here in Finland (good reputation). Its funny how small this world is |

This TR reminds me of the '80's (Miami Vice era). Bring on the Slantnose, AMG Hammer, & the Countach. |

you know ernesto, technically speaking those slats are not really reminiscent of cheese graters. they are more like tomato slicers. my cheese grater has little holes w/ upturned grooves....vaguely similar to the wire mesh that cover the air intakes on 360's......... |

Ernesto: maybe you could get some Koenig aftermarket cheese graters for your 360. I am surprised you read a post with the letters TR in it! |

I would LOVE to see the Koenig receipts, especially what turbos they used, wastegate, boost controller, and other tech aspects of the kit. Ernesto |
