I have been a member for 2 years and have been pulled over once. No ticket and no time in the slammer. Membership is $1900 for the lifetime one which will give you the licence plate frame. The second membership/car is only $1200. All Tax deductible. The foundation servers a wonderful and useful purpose. |

I have a friend with 11-99 membership stopped at over 130mph by airplane and CHP patrol cars -- and when all was said and done he was told to "have a nice day". I've heard several other stories just like that but 11-99 is not guraranteed for other than CHP juristiction. |

For $1800, it better cut you some slack! I was pulled over doing 125mph once. Just being curteous and allowing the officers to search my vehicle resulted in a $360 ticket but no jail time. I might have even gotten off easier if it wasn't for the fact that the officers (Pasadena PD) had already called in back-up, the CHP and a helicopter to get me to stop. They were driving an unmarked POS that was topped out at 111mph and only had a single, non-flashing light on the dashboard. I didn't realize that the little red light a mile back was the PD trying to catch me. |

Does it pay off to be a member of the 11-99 if you are doing 125mph and get pulled over by CHP???
Will they cut you some slack or will you be posting bail???
