If you want something for your office. I have a friend who has a 308 engine with all covers, sitting on a stand using 512 BB rim as a base. Really a nice looking unit. It could be had for around $2500, if memory serves.

Tino,
I have a 208GT4 V8 with tranny.
Is not realy dead, could be re-done.
Needs some ext. cleaning though and is very heavy with the tranny and all.

T. Rutlands had some at one time that had major damage that could be what you want.

I'm looking for a "dead" 308 engine for display. Preferably with carbs but any complete (exterior) 308 engine will do. Any suggestions ?
