I am sure you would have to go back to the state where the car was purchased and take your case to court under the provisions of the law of that state. |

My understanding is that the lemon law on a new car applies only to the state in which the car was sold. Some states don't have them, so if you buy a car there and live elswhere, even in a state that does have a LL, you're SOL. |

I think it applies to the State laws that you are a resident of. |

If you buy a car out of state, in which state do you apply the Lemon Law? The state that you live in or the state where the dealer is? |
