but, robert is right, i'm 6'0" and still pretty young and those seats are extra work to get in and out of. i'd definitely try em out before ordering one with sport seats. |

test drove tim duncan's 360 that he traded in with factory sport seats. dealer said he was very comfortable in it (although at 6'11" i think "very comfortable" may have been stretching it!) |

There is more room due to not having a third pedal, but also the gear shift does not hit your right leg. Fist gear can be hard for me in a stick, because I have to fight the steering wheel from both sides when I have the clutch in and in fist gear I can not move my knees around to avoid the steering wheel. Once out of fist gear it is not a problem. |

I assume the F1 is more roomy only because of no 3rd pedal, yes? or is there a larger central channel too? |

I am 6-7 240 lbs and I fit in the car fine. I have the standard seats, and found the sport seats too hard to get in and out. My car is a F1, which gives me more leg room. |

Brett, You may want to consider the factory sport seats for the 360. They sit a bit lower than the standard item and may offer a bit more headroom.

I have a friend who is 6'5" 235 pounds, and he recently spent 8 days in a row behind the wheel of a rented 360 F1, touring Europe. He had no problems whatsoever. Interestingly, he had originally planned on renting a 355, but when he sat in it, had all kinds of problems. Basically, he had to bend his legs to even fit, which forced his knees into the steering column. That was not do-able. He commented several times how much room he had in the 360, and even stated that he did not even have the seat all the way back! So, I think you're probably safe... Hope this info helps. |

Right now the exotic car of choice for alot of tall sport figures happen to be a 360 coupe/spyder. Go for it..... |

Get the V12. (but then I would say that) - specify Fiorano Handling Pack if you're really going to be thrashing the car.

Seach the archives as I think this has been discussed. I think Steve S is pretty tall and he has a 360 spider |

I seem to fit fine in a 575M, but I want a 360 and they didn't have one to sit in at the dealership. I'm thinking it's deposit time for Christmas this year, but I need to make sure I'll fit. For reference, I'm 6'6" and I currently have a Viper with a 2" seat drop, which is SNUG to the point of being uncomfortable in the leg/knee area. 575 didn't have that problem as it was "open air" under the dash (no 8.0 liter engine + tranny to deal with). Corvettes are a pretty good fit, snug but OK. Is that what I'm looking at or should I order a 575? I'd much rather have the 360 than the 575, but I'd rather have some sort of Ferrari than none at all. |
