You really don't want to alter the 'bow' of the tyres on the rims (eg 10" rims get 265s, and 11" rims can have 295s) because this affects the tuneing and responce of the tyres a good deal.

In short, stay with stock on stock, or go fully aftermarket (with 1" wider fronts, and 1.5" wider rears for instance.)

Best!
Ben.

I agree with Tommy Jones, the Kumho Ecsta is a PHENOMENAL tire. I cannot believe the price they sell them for. Either they are losing tons of money (doubtful) or Michelin, Pirelli, and Bridgestone are making too much money. With regards to tire size, I have done a lot of testing on the 355, 348 and 360, your best bet is keeping it stock because upsizing on the same rim does not react well unless you completly re-tune the suspension.

I would't go up more than one size. But, even if you do that, what is your gain? The tires on their now are matched to the car, going up in size will require suspension changes, etc. Could drive the cost way up. IMHO

Good 'ol Pzeros perform surprisingly well in the wet.

It really is a great tyre, to this day.

Heard good things about the new Pzero Rosso, but have yet to try them.

Replace rubber as needed. Always cheaper than coffin.

Best!
Ben.

The new BF-Goodrich G-Force KDW is a good choice.
The "W" at the end of the nomenclature indicates the tread pattern for Wet conditions.

They dramatically improved the ride from the previous P Zero's as well.

i've never tried them on any f-car, but bang for the buck, kumho ecsta's are a great tire, very inexpensive and last a lot longer than any michelin or pirelli i've ever bought. that is what i use on my porsche.

What type of tires would you recommend for all round wet/dry conditions. And hopefully get more than one season out of.
Thanks
Frank
