my guess is this dealer has it on consignment, probably part of a divorce settlement and the wife was suckered into believing this was worth $150k. this is the first ferrari the dealer has ever dealt with, he is in the middle of kentucky so can't b a lot of others around, so he is reaching for the sky. i also think that if you had the patience to deal with him, it will probably go cheaply in the end.

You can buy the round tail light kit for the 348 at www.garedcars.com . While its not on their web site, you can call them for the info.

I like the stock 348 rear grill! The 355 copy looks nice too though. I wonder what they paid for this thing if they're selling it for $150. I bet I could sell them mine for $125, heck, i'd take $100k for mine.
Hmm, can't seem to recall a 348 Special Edition Museum car.

Actually, a Challenge kit may be better option as no colour matching involved, just satin black grille and lights plus mounts?

Off Topic

Love the 355 back end lookalike grafted onto the 348, who does the necessary kit of parts? If its a reversible mod I would definitely do this to my 348 without a second thought.

As I've said on other threads, the rear light design is the feature of the 348 design I am least happy with (before its suggested, I can't afford a 355!)

Yeah,
why buy a 355 Spider for $110K if you can buy this 348 Spider for $150,000.

Maybe I should also put a flame on my car and sell it as a special edition. Whyt can I get for a 348TS with 70s flames? Special Edition $100,000 Buy it now!

Sh*t I just discovered a new business-. Take a regular car, put flames on the side and sell it as a special edition for more than twice of what the car is worth!

Offering: Special Edition Enzo for $1.2M, has flame son the side!

I'd give $75K for it if car and history all checked out well and I lived over there.

Here's an auction for a 348 Spider with a "Buy it now" price of $150K. I don't get it....
